a series of short post today
just feel like posting short paragraphs
anyway, last 2 issues to get off my chest for tonight!

1. insane ERP charges + stupid new ERP gates
was listening to 933 on tues
they were lamenting at the raised ERP charges
the most expensive gate is now at PIE entrance to CTE
$5 per entry between 8.30am to 9am
$10 for buses
*gasp* what has road rationing came to in Singapore
so it will cost about $20 to work by that route? since there are other gates in town too…
and upper bukit timah road (near rail mall) installed new ERP gate
like for what?! it’s not the vehicles’ fault that there is a jam there often
it’s simply because the road is too narrow (2 lanes only) and lead to PIE entry
put ERP also place at PIE entry lah… dunno what LTA is thinking
after thinking through all these, it’s better to stick to public transport

2. happily attached
people around me are getting attached one by one
okkk, maybe it’s only that particular grp of people
happy for them
love is in the air!

somehow things start to change
not really change, but jus different
not that it’s drastic, but jus kinda awaward

maybe need a little more assurance than usual
not that i really need it, but jus good to have

jus peek at the backpage of life! when i reached home
anyway, that is always the first session i read in ST haha
apparently there was a big hoohaa about dumbledore being gay
christian churches say it sets a bad example to children and the likes

what caught me was that
i thought churches advocates that god treats all man equally
and that god wont abandon or discriminate any
but how come i get the feeling that gay is a tabtoo then?

i’m not sure exactly about chritian stuff
jus thinking that harry potter is jus another fantasy story book
doesnt matter if some character is not-the-norm?

hope i dont offend any believers of god
just have to get it off the chest

how to get a lit review done… a good one

boy got a last-min off today!
so we went to do things that we wanted to do for the past month, but yet forever no time to do
watched ‘rendition’ at the cathay
actually was contemplating to watch a ‘R21′ singapore film
because zihan is in the cast!!
we were kinda shocked… haha
but in the end, i guess i wasn’t really comfortable watching a R21 movie with him haha
i rather make lust, caution as my first R21 movie
but i refused to settle for the cut version
i’m hoping to get the uncut version

anyway, after that we went ktv
forced boy to start ‘practicing’ for jacky cheung’s concert hahahaha
and we spent so much money
and eat so much today
very very sinful
i think it’s part of boy’s plan to feed me till i grow fat, and then i have no choice but to marry him!!
hahahhahaa

oh ya
i realised i hurt my forehead while boy nudge his head against mine today
guess what happened?
i walked into some projector straight in audi on wed!
so paiseh lah
cos got this loud ‘kong’ sound ;s

3 weeks to exams
i’m pretty happy actually keez

and yesssss
forgot to say
my latest tutee, who is my 1st econ student, got a D for promos!

sounds bad right?
but she started as an U-grade student
actually she got a C for promo, but cos of CA and stuff, her marks got pulled down to 54
jus misses the C by a tiny bit

quite happy
i was expecting a C also
that was what i encouraged her to aim for first
after promo, she can slowly progress to a B, then an A!

still thinking if i should continue teaching her
it’s money vs time
can i have a win-win situation?

work till 5am last night, or rather this morning
can’t get to sleep after that
think mind is too active
just lie on the bed and let my brain to relax

anyway, the damn project is over!
i think we basically tried to smoke through the report
and this is the first time that i completed a term paper in less than 1wk
very xiong!
but bo bian lah, cos was rather busy with other more urgent projects

speaking of which, why am I (and my group) was shoot so badly during class yest??
we were suppose to be discussant only!!
questions should ask the presenters lorz… they should know more
i think idiot umbridge want to show off how much she knows about the topic *tsk*
we have a new record: longest discussant group ever (1h)

was contemplating to skip forensic lecture
but was thinking will lose out quite a bit
so decided to stay
spent the past hour trying to clear my sch email
it burst yesterday night while they were sending me project stuff

oh, and must really thank shihui for giving me tips on how to present the graphs for the adv paper
if not, we will just hug stata and die together
and also putu who add lots of oil for me last night
and sm for her life-saver chocolates (that was sorta our dinner)
and sw! i wanted to chat with you, but you jus called on the wrong night =(
try again tonight or what ya?

so now, no more projects!
except for one last submission of fyp section this week
getting really sick of doing projects
internet econs wasn’t half as bad as this sem altho LG was extremely demanding

lastly, boo to boy who cannot take leave on fri!

one last sentence before bed…
my handphone is getting lousy!!
i need to press real hard to type an sms now =(
this explains the lack of sms or short crude sms from me

graphs, regressions, plots, trends
damn it!

aim: wake up at 5am to do work and get to sch by 9am
let’s see whether i manage to do this

spent the whole of today trying to prepare for a 5-min ppt
hard to squeeze in everything when i have thousand things to say
in the end, calm down and told myself to leave not-so-crucial things out

*phew* finally managed to finish before dinner!
but tmr still lots to touch up on cos i think all our parts dont link

it’s time for adv proj
ppt is wed, and i haven done a single thing on it yet
my grpmates should be killing me soon
i better get started on stata-ing
but i dont know what to regress against what!!
in the end, probably gg to jus anyhow regress…. sob

can’t wait to end of semester!
think i will love exams so much more!
