i’m utterly exhausted by the string of event over the weekend till now
this explains the lack of entries here
and that i slept for the whole of today
only to wake up for sub reg and lunch before hitting the beds again
weather was superb for this occasion!

finally feeling revitalised after the long rest
but next 2 days gonna be looooong and stressfullllll course again

yest went shopping with partner
got almost everything that we need
and managed to keep under my budget
luckily it was yest, and not today when it was raining like hell
we keep seeing eyebrow trimming services everywhere lah
so angry!! jus refused to do it… haha
anyway, was telling her that things have come to a stand-still
hate the feeling
but yet, no one is taking the effort to do something
i want to but 力不从心 *sadz*

sat was out with wenz joy and shi
i was already feeling exhausted halfway through the trip
dunno why
the girls took forever to choose their watches
luckily the salesgirl didnt get too pek cek with us! hahaha
then boy came along to help wenz choose her watch
cos he’s so-called ‘the wise one’
he’s getting lots of nickname among my frens… haha

sunday was also soooooo tiring
a simple steamboat dinner turned into ‘battlewar‘ with yapp’s dog
it kept jumping on us
scratch all of us with his ultra ultra long fingernails
and i really ended up with a scratch mark on my legs!! i demand some medical compensation fren! ahhaha
it kept running around non-stop around the house
all of us were so distracted by it that we were barely watching the dvd
really need lots of energy to keep up with its hyperactive-ness

monday was really a long day at school
had so many many things to learn and absorb
the cool vs warm colour
the slightest detail that make my outfit informal
the super difficult way of drawing eyeshadow
the getting-longer-and-longer shopping list (which was supposed to be done in 2 days)

utterly exhausted
and more things to come
super sadz that it’s holidays

the final holiday of a 16 years long education
is totally NOT a holiday =(
barely after a week after exams, things start to pour in
almost drowning me

concluded that it’s an almost impossible task to finish regressing for fyp
but it’s a case of make-it-or-break-it
we must definitely do the former

and instead of doing fyp now
i’m doing homework for career workshop
yes, dont deny the workshop & training is good
but jus felt so tired
i hate to try and sell myself, all for the sake of a decent job

lucky still have the perks to look forward to
and that’s money!
ya, materialistic, but that’s reality
were calculating cost of grad trip
going to wipe out my savings
and that’s not including the HK trip that i plan to make after that
i want to hurry make lots of money so that i can go england, italy, states & japan!

update at 12am: finished half of homework… and i didnt keep msn-ing! hahahahha

applying the mask that partner passed me jus now
smell very good
hopefully after this, my pimples scar can be lightened =)
and i think we got telepathy!
cos i passed her a piece of face mask too! hahah

anyway, had a eventful mon & tues
yesterday met tutor for fyp
well, as mich says, he is getting clearer as time goes by
and poor mich put in so much effort, to end up with a 2-liner in the whole report haha! opps!
didnt mean to laugh ya girl?
in a nutshell, we gonna redo (or rather rewrite) the whole section
but the meeting kinda make me motivated to want to hurry do and finish up
i cant ‘wait’ for the regression analysis part
cos it means the finishinig line is visible

then pulled boy to town to watch lust caution with me after his work yesterday
we saved a lot on the tickets
but the money was channelled as cab fare home cos the movie was sooo long
shall say i enjoy the first half more than the second half
the explicit scenes were… well… like ok lorz… nothing really fantastic
instead it was the killing scene that i was shocked at
so violent!

well, boy wasnt really in a happy mood
cos he was tired from work and there was monday blues……
but still thanks for the effort =)

today met partner for shopping in town
want to eat gelare but the branch at far east is closed for renovation!!
damn………………. 难得 it’s tuesday!!
saw a lot of nice clothes and shoes (for me)
resisted temptation to buy the shoes cos i scare ending up having lots of black heels that i seldom wear
and i need to lose weight!! clothes doesnt look nice on me…
ok, tmr shall go jogging (if it isnt raining)

joined mich alice yl for ktv after that
at a new place called the 10dollar club (some family ktv)
really not bad cos it’s $10nett with free flow drinks
and they served us some soup too
songs are quite new also, thought the system is not as user-friendly as partyworld or kbox
we cant find the ‘back’ button at first
but it gave us a shock when we realised the monitor is touch-screen!
quite cool!

had a quick dinner with ys and mich
and of course mango pomelo sago dessert!
that makes the best part of dinner!! hahaha

came home and called wenz
just call for fun one! hahahhaa

am crazily trying my best to catch every episode of the new HK drama on channel8
starring one of my all-time fave actress 宣宣
and one that depicts her as a district court judge!
oh, i totally love movies/drama featuring lawyers or the court
the classic being the all famous File of Justice (壹号皇庭) series that were aired in the 1990s
well if you know abt the show, it has the most classic instrumental theme song
i hunted for the soundtrack many years back
though bought at high cost, but it remained as the favourite CD in my collection at home
i have been wanting to rewatch the whole 5 series too
but it seems to be unavailable anywhere online

ok, enough of sidetrack, back to the 7pm show
it has been a long time since the local tv aired a satisfying show
this drama is totally light-hearted and hilarous!
absolutely love the way that the 宣宣’s husband calls her 大人 at home
simply cos she’s a judge!
they have this pre-marriage agreement that says the husband is to stay at home to take care of the child, while the wife continues the career to be a judge
and the husband is of course to take care of all the housework and cook and stuff!
so cool!~

what caught my attention was the talk abt Themis in the show
well, she is the goodness of justice
and of course she represents justice
when i was younger, i remember seeing her statue outside the court
but i never thought deeper of why she looks like this

if you look closer, she is blindfolded
that’s because everyone is to be treated equally under the eyes of law
when you dont know who is the person, you can give a fair and just trial
on her left hand, she holds a sword
this represents power to execute punishment and justice
the other hand is a scale
fairness and justice and equality

my secret ambition since young is to be a judge haha
probably too much brainwashing from the tv dramas
but seriously, i think it’s really an inspiring job

and why did i not pursue that path?
well, for one, i cant write long beautiful passages
plus can’t articulate a proper and logical argument properly

ok, maybe i shall pass on this ambition to my children next time
if i ever decide to have any hahaha

it isnt a happy ending, sadly to say
did quite badly on this last paper once again
it’s just a 不祥的预感
can’t really blame anyone except myself
for not studying hard…….
if manage to get a good grade, it can only mean that my peers did badly also
but i’m going to pray for all of us! or whoever that needs it!

and hence the mixture of happiness and sadness
just glad that the whole exam agony lasted for less than 2wk!

i had to admit, after dwelling into all the details, it is kinda interesting

and if NWC really never come out for exam, can really stab myself
for spending so much time with it
ok, gotta go finish studying crisis management liaoz

the food is really not quite edible……

update at 11pm: realised it’s not quite possible to study 3 topics in a day… 2 is barely done… sadz… my revision plan is delayed (once again) boo! anyway, exhausted from working hard today…… getting my beauty sleep soon
