first, i dreamt of getting terrible results

then yesterday, i dreamt of starting university
getting lost in the campus

anyway, i’m confirm graduating!
thank you very much =)

so they are gone
on the plane to the other side of the globe
my best buddies in uni

and stop asking why am i left behind
it’s just my own choice

it’s also hard not to feel jealous
of the carefree life they are going to have, at least temporarily
the thought of work sucks recently
and the packing of my room turned out to be a much more tedious task than expected
time is running out!!

well, i will have my own journey too
hopefully it will be a good one

get me lots of presents k?!
and i’m sure you all will miss me hahahaha

p/s: and why is it that so many of my good friends are overseas now?

their standard of food had went down terribly
when the xiaolongbao came, i immediately took a bite cos’ i was getting hungry
there was no gravy to suck at all!
i thought, probably the xiaolongbao bursted… and gave it a second chance
yx picked another one and… there was a hole in the skin!!
whatever juice already leak off!
and then what is the point of eating xiaolongbao?!
went to examine the rest, only 2 are ok

so i requested to change lah of course
the person who came back to serve us the new xiaolongbaos told us to eat while it’s hot, if not will have no gravy

hello!~ if the skin of the xiaolongbao is not broken, the gravy will not be gone no matter how cold they become!
the new ones are no better… super disappointed!

i would have gone for tingtaifung if JP has one
at least their standard has not deteriorated that much…
and no wonder the crystal jade at JP dont have a queue or crowd anymore
it’s only 70% full
it used to be super crowded and have a waiting time of 10-20mins at dinner time

apparently, when stars die (fuel runs out), condensation will occur
and the carbon which forms the core of stars will crystallise

of few BILLION or even trillion carets!!!!!!!!!

omg how exciting!
the largest diamond found on earth is about 500 carets only
too bad it is just somewhere in the sky
and only 1 found so far

maybe diamond will become a common thing in the future, when astronauts figured a way to get their hands on it =P

really, one of the best project-time that i have
and also our always ‘calm and suprised’ prof
for tolerating our delays and procrastinations
not forgetting yinglin for keeping us entertained with latest gossips
and all the econs people who ‘accompanied’ us in the labs daily (april, shihui, yunshi etc etc)

and of course my other very concerned friends
huiqing who msn me
siaowen who called me all the way from sydney
shouwen who kept turning up in school

although it is YET to be the final one, but just glad that all the parts are done

this week is living hell
camp in lab till night falls, camp at my house overnight, camp in front of computer
camp camp camp!
i think i see mich and alice more than i see my parents
worked overnight twice in a row
i guess it’s good training for future

and i think i am probably going to kill myself
if TKH tells me to remodel the thing
cos’ we spent super x 100 lots of time to come out with this super x 100 model
never had to flip so many econometric textbooks
not even when i was doing econometrics course
i think, these kind of tb can be only appreciated when you are in your final year

now, just pray that nothing major needs to be changed
although our grammer sucks, sentence construction is poor, referencing skills needs to be improved
and damn! we totally exceed the word limit by more than 30%!

sidenote: we must dress up like dolls to go high-tea after everything!!

other than my lovely groupmates (and yes, we didnt fight or argue or anything),

the night of 14feb08 is incredibly crazy
it has been long since i had so much fun
just getting loud and silly with a large group of girls
who says v-day must be spent with the other half?
reminded me how much i love singlehood

i guess somehow or other
we are starting to appreciate each other more
and treasuring our friendship
quite unbelievable we have been classmates for almost 4 years already
with the last semester going into the second half

ok, alice’s family is a great host (as usual)
tons of good food to fatten us up
all ideas of diet disappeared

apart from the normal bbq stuff, we had…
the lala that me, yl & alice loved
curry squid
cheese mushrooms
stingray, which for some reason, was super over-cooked
耨米饭 and garlic prawn cooked by auntie

special fruit punch recipe from alice – sprite + beer + orange squash
(we are simply a bunch of drunkies!)
and the super super fragrant marshmallows – campfire brand
oh, and i realised i can roast marshmallow really well!
of course kudos to the good bbq fire that we had

never had such a big one in my life!

we did the lao yu-sheng thingy on a table! how cool is that!
